Immaculately clean hotel with excellent staff. Very very good breakfast with bacon and great toast and good vegetarian - well worth the money. Magnificent, handy location to local Thai restaurant. Based short walk to Poole park and the town centre as well as the town and Quay.

The place was perfectly clean and we loved twin room. Provided breakfast was enjoyable and very pleasant with jams, the best coffee plus sandwiches, exceeded our expectations. There were nice beds and an electric kettle, central heating, and TV inside the room. The location was lovely and particularly good, very close to local Thai restaurant and Sandbanks beach.

The location was wonderful, quite a walk from Red Arrows Memorial. The airport was approx 13 minutes' drive away. The breakfast with other foods available, the best coffee, great toast was superb and excellant, had so much to choose from.

The place is exceptionally clean, the room is newly decorated, the staff is helpful. The location is excellent and unbeatable and they have parking on site. There's cool Marks & Spencer within a close distance from the hotel, make desserts etc.

There was lots of food for breakfast, it was nice. The location was ideal and magnificent, close to Poole Quay and town centre, ferry terminal, and a lovely park with a lake, enjoyed this place. Also, Splashdown Water Park was 5 km away.
